Ordering
Orders can be placed by email, telephone, post or through the ordering system on this website.

Carriage
This is for UK Mainland only.
The ordering system calculates the carriage automatically. You can check your order and carriage cost at any time before completing.

Delivery Time
Orders will be despatched promptly but please allow five working days for delivery.

Payment
Payments can be made via the Website using Paypal. By most major Credit Cards over the telephone, or by cheques made out to Rendona. (send to Rendona Paints, Euro House, Bulwark Road, Chepstow NP16 5JN).
All goods must be paid for in full prior to despatch.

Damaged Goods
Goods should be checked on arrival in the presence of the driver. In the event of any damaged or missing goods, notification must be made by email immediately.

Returns
Should you wish to return any used or unwanted items they may be returned within 7 days, following the day of delivery, providing that they are unopened and in good condition. A charge of £5.00 or 10%, which ever is the greater, will be made to cover administration costs. The packing and carriage costs of these items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Goods that are not in a satisfactory condition on return have to be paid for in full.
Please contact us before returning any goods.

We are pleased to offer any advice or answer and queries either by email or telephone in order to aid you in getting the most out of our products. Any information given, whether verbal or in writing, is for guidance only and is given in good faith but without warranty, since skill of application and site conditions are beyond our control.

Disclaimer
The Colour reproduction on our website has been made to the best of our technical ability however if the monitor you are using is set at a different resolution there maybe a slight colour variation. Hand painted colour cards are available, free of charge, on request.
Please note that paint colours might vary slightly from time to time due to natural variations in the ingredients.
